Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. 

For subscription orders, Literary Letters are mailed according to the monthly release schedule.

Literary Letters 

All Literary Letters are mailed using standard USPS stamped mail. Because these are sent as letter mail with postage stamps, tracking numbers are not available.

By purchasing Literary Letters, customers acknowledge and accept that their order will be shipped via stamped mail without tracking.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the postal carrier and delivery is outside of our control. While we do our best to ensure all orders are packed and shipped correctly, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Literary Letters are sent using standard stamped mail without tracking, we are unable to track shipments once they have been mailed. While we do our best to ensure every order is sent out correctly, we are not responsible for letters that are lost in transit by the postal service. By purchasing Literary Letters, customers acknowledge and accept this shipping method.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable delivery window, you are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
